When specific problems occur, we use the TeamViewer tool amongst others to give you the best possible support. As soon as someone from our support team contacts you, you simply click on the TeamViewer logo when you’re asked to do so. Open the downloaded file and provide your support partner with your 9-digit ID and session code. That’s all – you’re connected!
